Student Ambassador Spotlight: Farah

One of the most inspiring parts of our Student Ambassador program is seeing young people use their voices, their energy, and their hearts to make a real difference. Farah, one of our Student Ambassadors is a beautiful example of what that kind of leadership looks like.

As part of her fundraising efforts, Farah organized a school-wide toy collection, placing donation boxes throughout the building and encouraging participation across different clubs as well as the Peer Leadership program. Through her enthusiasm and initiative, she brought students together around a shared goal: giving back and helping bring joy to children who need it most.

Because of Farah’s leadership and the generosity of the community, a wonderful collection of toys was gathered to support children experiencing homelessness. Each toy represents more than a gift. It represents kindness, thoughtfulness, and the reminder that every child deserves to feel celebrated on their birthday.

What stands out most about Farah is the heart behind everything she does. Taking on a project like this requires confidence, organization, and a willingness to step forward, and she did so with positivity and determination. Through the experience, she not only made an impact on others but also grew in her own confidence, discovering just how meaningful leadership and teamwork can be.

Farah is a thoughtful, compassionate, and driven young woman, and we are so grateful to have her as part of the Birthday Wishes family. Because of students like her, more children will experience the happiness, excitement, and sense of being celebrated that every birthday should bring.
