Employee Appreciation Program: Birthdays 4 Birthdays
The Birthdays 4 Birthdays Partnership is a unique way to create a culture of recognition that has a double impact: showing appreciation for your employees and giving back to the community in their honor.
Celebrate your employees milestone with a Birthday Wishes card in honor of their birthday, work anniversary, achievement, or company holiday.
Birthdays 4 Birthdays provides cards to your employees, personalized for the occasion. For every card sent, a homeless child will receive a gift on their birthday. Birthday Wishes celebrates approximately 6,000 children facing housing insecurity annually. This partnership not only will allow your employee to be recognized for their milestone - a child living in a shelter will be recognized too.

Employee Service Opportunities
Engage your team in a fun and meaningful volunteer project either at our offices in Sudbury, Massachusetts, Hicksville, New York or wherever you are. This opportunity brings volunteers together to wrap gifts, build Birthdays-in-a-Box, and assemble teen boxes or other projects as needed. Through this program, your employees will positively impact the lives of children and teens experiencing homelessness and home insecurity.
We currently distribute approximately 6,000 Birthday-in-a-Box kits annually and have more requests than we can support.

The Santana Team worked with our New England team to organize a huge Birthday-in-a-Box event where they made and delivered 500 Birthdays-in-a-Box!
