Your gift will help bring joy to a homeless child on their birthday. There are many ways you can contribute!


The parties we throw happen only because of the support of our donors and volunteers. We receive the majority of our funding from individual donors like you. Every gift makes a difference! ($15 provides the birthday cake for a medium-size party).

Birthday Wishes is a MA 501c3. Your donation is tax deductible as provided by law.

  • Make a Tribute Gift through our Birthday Pals program.
    Donations make great gifts for any occasions – birthdays, weddings, bar/bat-mitzvahs, and any special occasion. When you give a donation as a gift, the recipient will receive a special card from us and their name will be featured on the Birthday Pal section of our website. They will know they have helped to make a homeless child’s birthday wish come true. Submit the Birthday Pal form from the link above either online or download and mail.


  • Sponsor a Party or Shelter
    For a $250 donation, bring a birthday party to a homeless child and all the residents of their shelter. One afternoon of joy that will bring years of memories. For a $2,000 donation, sponsor parties at one shelter for a full year. Bring the joy of a birthday party to every child living in your sponsored shelter.


  • Make an in-kind donation:
    We go through a lot of cakes, juice boxes, goody-bags, helium & balloons, decorations, gifts and piñatas, etc. See our wish list and donation guidelines for our current needs


  • Volunteer your time


  • Throw a Birthday Wishes Birthday Party!
    An impressively growing number of young people are choosing to support Birthday Wishes as the "theme" of their birthday parties. We provide a template invitation that invites all attendees to bring an item for Birthday Wishes to the party (this is done either in lieu of or in addition to gifts for the birthday child – its up to you!). When you bring in your items from the party we'll take a picture of the birthday child w/ their donations for our newsletter. This is an activity that our future philanthropists can really relate to!
